Mr. Quentin S. Clingerman, 85, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2017. He was born on March 30, 1932. An educator/media specialist and the founder of WordChimes, he was an active member of his Church and a good mentor, very generous with his time and resources. His wife, the late Barbara Millstead Clingerman, predeceased him on June 2, 1994.
